Ms Sonia Hughes scores an Ace on Kings 8th with a driver

Ms Sonia Hughes, accompanied by Ms Leslie Pettigrew, had a social knock on the Kings course today.

Plenty of banter and some cracking shots along the way by both ladies on a pleasantly warm & sunny afternoon, but none as precise as Sonia's tee shot on the 8th.

Madam Hughes stepped onto the tee, took a couple of warm up swings with her trusty driver, and dully caressed the ball, launching it towards the left hand side of the green (always best to keep the ball well away from the water from the that angle). The ball then bounced off the path onto the left side of the green and rolled into the hole.

A quite magnificent shot, considering today's white flag, tucked away at the top left of the green.

The Usual Suspects group, enjoying their customary post match Cajun cheesy chips, were magnanimously treated by Sonia to a round of drinks and extend their utmost gratitude.
